maxine from Rangiora, New ZealandI am jealous, i have yet to attain a macro lense!! This is a wonderful success for a practice shot. Sumptious and wonderful form, very well done D. 17 Aug 2008 5:36am @maxine: Thanks Max I guess one of the advantages of a point and shoot is not having to buy different lenses. Its probably the only advantage Linerberry from Sumner, Christchurch, New ZealandBrilliant J, great practice macro shot! Coincidentally I was out practicing my macro yesterday:-)) The curves on the petals are just divine! Well done you:-)) 17 Aug 2008 6:33am @Linerberry: Thanks C a bit of cropping helps as well I've found out. @Cia: Thanks Cia its is probably a bit pale but I guess that enhances the petals @Calusarus: Thanks as I said got to love that cropping tool @Seb!: Thanks Seb @Kent: Thanks Kent Japanalia from Yokohama, JapanThis is one SUPERB ROSE!!!! The cropping to a more square shape is a good way to bring the eye into the centre of the flower. This is a lovely macro. 17 Aug 2008 7:47pm @Terre Mavix Chartrand: Thankyou very much Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaGreat macro, I really like how the subject fills the frame.
