Woodpigeon

Carrying on with the bird theme. This is a NZ native wood pigeon. They are bigger than your standard pigeon and are recognizable when flying because the movement of their wings makes a whoop whoop sound. This fella was photographed at purakanui near Dunedin

I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes
