taken in my garden shining amonst the weeds a beautiful frozen pansy taken from a weird angle but the sun was in the wrong place to get it front on
I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

Wow, it gets cold here but I have never seen frozen flowers, that's just mad Deb, really well captured here, I love the colour. I look forward to seeing your witchy kitty I think I read tomorrow :o). Maybe we should have a "cat" theme day next month or something and all most photos of our kitties for the day? :o)

@Kylie Greenan: Thanks Kylie I was pleased with the way this photo came out. Lets have a cat day Other Kylie suggested Caturday perhaps you could come up with a day and let us all know which one I will have to start snapping as I have two cats and they are sometimes hard to photograph

That's really incredible. It looks like the flower could just snap, it is so frozen. Well spotted! I hope your toes didn't get too cold snapping this pic!
I am also looking forward to your witchy kitty pic. You will definitely have to post it now! As Kyles said, perhaps we should have a themed cat showing - how about we all post a pic of our beloved moggies every Caturday for the next few weeks...?

I love the contrast between the soft flowers as harbingers of spring and the frost as a holdover from winter. Lovely colors, too.
