A chilly reminderPosted by jamesy (christchurch, New Zealand) on 16 October 2008 in Landscape & Rural. am currently having some computer issues so If I don't answer your comment or write on your blog I apololgise going to get in Geeks on Wheels to look at it and see what is going on. Although we have had a beautiful spring and it now feels like summer, A couple of weeks ago winter gave us a little hurry up and a reminder not to count our chickens before they were hatched I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

@Zygène: Merci Zygene Anthony Lambert from Bielefeld, GermanyA scene that could only be in New Zealand.Brilliant. 16 Oct 2008 5:50am @Anthony Lambert: thanks, but why could it only be NZ I am curious Kylie Greenan from Richmond, AustraliaSplendid contrast Deb, the frozen and the thawed. Great POV! 16 Oct 2008 6:14am @Kylie Greenan: thanks very much Kylie Anthony Lambert from Bielefeld, GermanyOk my experience of New zealand comes only from watching all three parts of "the lord of the rings" but the stark contrast from lush green fields and trees and the huge snow covered mountains seems to me to be a trade mark of your islands.correct me if I´m wrong and I´ll haul Frodo out again and have another look !! 16 Oct 2008 6:35am @Anthony Lambert: Oh I'm a rude old tart. You are quite correct I won't subject to 3.5 hrs of Froddo just to prove a point. I guess when you seen something all the time you think of it as normal and wonder what other people see in it. If you ever feel like travelling to NZ be sure to let me know I know some places that you can stay Linerberry from Sumner, Christchurch, New ZealandBrilliant Debs!! It is a stark reminder that at the moment we can't get too relaxed about the lovely weather cos nature could still throw a cold one at us:-) 16 Oct 2008 6:59am @Linerberry: thanks Liners sometimes we take too much for granted @maysam.pourghasemi: thanks very much Philip from Joburg, South AfricaThis is a great landscape shot those mountains in the background are beautiful well done! 16 Oct 2008 8:07am @Philip: thanks for the ocmments and the visit Philip your african animals are beautiful on your blog site @valerie: Merci Val MaryP from Aberdeenshire, United KingdomOooh!!
