Tui in Manuka

Taken at the same time as the other two. A tui is one of our native birds
was sometimes known as the parson bird because of the white feathers at his neck
I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

Jamesy! you have surpassed yourself with this one.The detail and colours of the bird are set off beautifully against the white blossoms. Lovely composition.

Quite an impressive shot. Good clarity as well, which isn't easy to do when you're trying to get a bird.

@StarCosmosBleu: Just turned out that way It not really in tight focus as I only have a point and shoot and this was right at the end of its focal range
