Sorry another look at a wood pigeon this one in the beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens
I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

Wonderful green in your photo, which we have to wait now over ½ year. But we will get plenty of white , white and white photos before that.
We had -5 C this morning, it`s 23F, not bad yet, just sunny, crisp morning and a lot of birds getting their breakfast.

@Observing: thanks for the visit and the comment. These pigeons are bigger than the normal ones and I not sure if they coo. They are however very distinctive as they fly above you as their wings make a whoop whoop sound

Lovely photograph - we have something similar here but their wings don't make a nice whoop-whoop sound, it's sounds more like they need oiling!
