Cabbage tree in flowerPosted by jamesy (christchurch, New Zealand) on 18 November 2008 in Plant & Nature. This is the flower of a native cabbage tree. An old wives tale is if the cabbage trees flower early we are in for a long hot summer I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

I honestly thought you must have another lense fot that shot the other day.
