a hawk capture on the west coast. I never have much luck with these so have fiddled with it a bit not sure whether I like it or not

I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

I like it. That detail on the bird when it should just be a silhouette in the sky looks nearly impossible to achieve. Obviously not in your case!

Interesting shot, the tree does add some depth, perhaps some selective work with the unsharp filter, would give more clarity.

I like it! I have several shots of eagles I spotted while cruising the San Juan Islands a summer ago, but I'm not very happy with any of them. Need a bigger lens!!!
