some of the beautiful greenery of the side of the gorge

I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

My kind of Utopia. Gorgeous scenery, a natural beauty that so pleases my eyes. I could spend a lot of time here very happily, walking around and being nosey with the rocks and foliage, or simply kicking back with my thoughts, or a spot of writing.

@EYES WIDE SHUT: Thanks you would need alot of insect repellant though as there are alot of sandflies there and they have a vicious bite

I like the contrast of the green against the rocks...fyi the New York Times (nytimes.com) had an article on walking through New Zealand's watery wild this weekend...they should have just pointed people to your blog!
