Fox Glacier

The beautiful terminal face of Fox glacier. Unfortunately also the site of a double fatality when tourists ignored warning signs and went too close. The two west coast glaciers Fox and Franz Joseph are both steadily growing and regularly have ice falls at their leading edge.

I must apologise for replying intermittently at the moment but life seems very hectic and I have a new addition to the house hold that I want to get used to. Have just managed to tald my husband into letting me buy a Cannon EOS 1000D SLR yipppeeee and so am trying to get my head around that. Have lots of photos from my CHristmas break and old camera to post before I start to post with the canon

I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes
