Photosanity from Folsom, United StatesI like the composition - the flower leads me through the frame to the bee. Nice capture. 1 Apr 2009 5:14am Linerberry from Sumner, Christchurch, New ZealandWonderful soft focus jamesy and i love the sharpness of the wings reflecting the light!! Brilliant mate!! 1 Apr 2009 5:51am Anthony Lambert from Bielefeld, GermanyThere´s nothing like a good fiddle is there Debbie ?? 1 Apr 2009 6:33am @Anthony Lambert: oh you naughty boy hehehe @rem_la: merci beaucoup @chrissy: thanks for the comment Chrissy Sarito from Basingstoke, United Kingdomnice closeup and very soft looking image!! 1 Apr 2009 7:49am @Sarito: thanks for the visit and the comment EYES WIDE SHUT from The library of my soul, United KingdomVery nicely captured, Debbie. Great combination with the bee and flower. 1 Apr 2009 11:39am Jeff from Pembroke Dock, Wales., United KingdomNero fiddled while Rome burned..That was a disaster this isn't, nice one Jamesey..looking forward to tomorrow's. 1 Apr 2009 1:32pm Cricket from Alabama, United StatesOH this is a very nice image. My 8 year old discovered yesterday that you could pet the back of a bee if it were occupied with a flower. UGH...I was not happy with his discovery but he certainly was! 1 Apr 2009 2:16pm @Cricket: Oh dear sounds slightly dangerous vu@granby from Granby, Québec, CanadaWhat is more fun than fiddling around with a camera? Nice shot! 1 Apr 2009 2:30pm @vu@granby: thanks for that dobbino from Cape Town, South AfricaSuperbly captured. Would have perhaps liked more of the image in focus, but I think that the wide aperture is just a function of the high shutter speed you selected. Maybe if the ISO was a bit higher? 1 Apr 2009 3:04pm @dobbino: thanks these two are the photos I was talking about so I appreciate that fed back Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaGreat capture of the bee movement. Agree with Dobino on a higher ISO. 1 Apr 2009 7:59pm observing from North West, United KingdomThe light on the bee, and the dark background are winners, perhaps a tad sharper ;) 1 Apr 2009 11:10pm JJ from Jersey City, United StatesWonderful capture, lovely soft focus, and sweet with the light on the wings 2 Apr 2009 1:42am |
