I just had to make hubby stop so i could get this shot It is not often that it is so still in the high country
I really enjoy taking photos and would appreciate your feedback so that I can learn as I go. I particularly enjoy photographing birds animals and landscapes

You are so lucky that you have such an understanding spouse! This lake is so still, it is a mirror: great capture. I wonder what is the best way to present this - more or less sky, with or without the road/fence. A vertical highlighting the valley and lake? not sure, but you have a winner regardless. well done.

I might have cropped a little from the bottom just enough to lose to road but keep the posts....what the heck its brilliant!!

The photo is great...love the line of the fence and the lake mirroring. I might have cropped a little bit of the sky but it may be a little more tight composition!

Five stars!! This is such a gorgeous shot. Beautiful light and clarity. Very sharp! I agree with some of the others. I might crop just a smidge of the sky and maybe a bit from the bottom, but I'd leave the fence posts or the lake would feel too low in the frame.
